1. Purpose
This Cookie Policy describes Sangopang’s use of analytics, advertising, performance, tag-management and communications technologies, while allowing individual tags or configurations to change over time.
2. Categories
| Category | Typical purpose | Default treatment |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Security, core functions, consent preferences, basic site operation | Allowed as necessary |
| Analytics | Traffic and usage measurement | Controlled through configuration/consent as required |
| Performance | Speed and web-vitals measurement | Controlled through configuration/consent as required |
| Advertising | Displaying and measuring advertising | Only with consent/CMP controls where required |
| Tag management | Deploying approved third-party tags | Must inherit the consent rules of the tags it deploys |
3. Provider Register
Status shows what is running on the website today. At present, Sangopang’s active measurement tools are Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which the provider describes as privacy-friendly measurement; advertising and Google measurement tools are not active.
| Provider | Technology | Status | Category |
|---|---|---|---|

4. Consent Banner
Before any non-essential technology that requires consent is enabled, Sangopang will show a consent interface offering at minimum: Accept All, Reject Non-Essential and Manage Preferences, with the categories Necessary, Analytics, Performance and Advertising. Non-essential scripts are not treated as authorised merely because the user continues browsing; the consent state is applied before the relevant technology is loaded.
5. Consent Record
Where a consent record is maintained, it may contain the consent status, selected categories, timestamp, policy version and a technical identifier needed to remember the choice, and avoids collecting unnecessary personal information.
6. Changing or Withdrawing Consent
Once a consent interface is in use, users will be able to reopen their choices through a readily accessible “Cookie Settings” control. Withdrawal stops future activation of non-essential technologies and, where technically possible, causes relevant client-side identifiers to expire or be removed.
7. Google AdSense and Regional Consent
Before Sangopang serves personalised Google advertising to users in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, it will satisfy Google’s then-current publisher consent requirements, which currently call for a Google-certified CMP integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework.
8. Google Consent Mode
If Google Analytics and/or Google Ads are deployed, Sangopang may use Google Consent Mode or another supported consent-signal architecture so that these products respect user consent choices.
9. Register Maintenance Rule
Whenever a new third-party script, SDK, pixel, advertising network, analytics service or material cookie/local-storage technology is added, Sangopang updates: (1) the provider register, (2) the privacy/cookie policy where material, (3) the consent categories, and (4) the technical consent gate.
